    Dull and cold here.

    I'm going out later to have a look around some shops and maybe get a bite to eat somewhere.

    I have to go every 7 weeks

    Going back in 2 weeks for check up

    Still hurts now

    I have had a nice day out.

    I went to the little city here in Cornwall.

    I bought some clothes and a very comfy pair of shoes and I did some grocery shopping.

    I'm having a quiet evening in now to watch the soaps.
