Please do not use the two-letter abbreviation for cerebral palsy.

Do the letters CP also stand for something offensive?

I can't see why they'd close an account otherwise.

In the U.S. they stand for a very serious criminal act

Yes I had my use of it queried/blocked but luckily my account wasn't banned! But pretty bloomin awkward for organisations such as cerebral palsy england and scotland who abbreviate the first 2 words in the way that almost all of use do when referring to the condition! I had to think a bit about what it could also refer to that was prohibited before i twigged.

I have lost my account, @forgoodnesssake and cerebral palsy groups that I moderated or was an admin for have received a final warning. All of the research and support I have posted in those groups has also been deleted.

For these groups to be in this situation is truly apalling as it is the only contact and peer support for many.

I will fight on despite making little to no progress so far.
