    This may explain a couple of things

    I feel everything too deeply

    And sometimes I wish I didnt

    I care until it hurts

    Forgive before I should and carry guilt for storms I didnt cause

    I overthink every silence

    Apologise for taking up space

    And love people who never look back

    I lose sleep replaying moments

    Wondering if I said too much or if I wasnt enough

    And deep down I fear I will always love harder than I will ever be loved back

    Think that explains things for me

    Thank you @Strawberry1 for explaining how you feel. Your caring for others shines through in your posts and I am only sorry that this is sometimes used against you. You are always enough just by being you. You are highly thought of on the forum. If some people cannot see you for the star you are that is their problem not yours. Sending big hugs.     Good evening everyone

    I hope you managed to have a good day.

    I went to the little city here and it was buzzing with tourists and street buskers entertaining everyone.

    I am in a kind of cloud most of the time trying to convince others I am happy but in reality I am plagued by so much worry.

    Its constant and never ending.

    I worry even about things I probably don't even need to worry about and I have managed to conceal my illness from most people but its my choice to go it alone with only my inner thoughts.

    I am surrounded by friends and loved ones but each day is a lonely uphill struggle.

    Much of what you say about yourself is so similar to the way I experience life.

    I am an empath and I feel others pain very deeply it hurts to see others suffering.

    I'm a person of few words but I observe what is happening.

    Anyway enough about me.

    I am blessed in so many ways and others are so much less fortunate.
