Hi @lilylatif and welcome to the community. I'm sorry that you're having issues with getting a repair. May I ask what the repair is? Are you able to live in the home safely whilst waiting?
We've got lots of information about your rights and how you can make a complaint . Have you filed a complaint with the housing association?

yes i went through stage one and two complaints.
i am dealing directly with the head of the property but still nothing is moving. i had a roof leak open holes in each room since August 2025. mould
also i have fibromyalgia and this has left a very bad impact on my heath. my anxiety has increased due to tension

the surveyor did a report more then four weeks ago and said that the roof need to be full inspected. a lot of cracks and damage.
but they ignoring that. no communication, missing appointment from contractor.i am paying my rent in full

I'm so sorry they're ignoring the issue and that it's affecting your health.
I think the next step would be to see an Ombudsman:
- the Housing Ombudsman if you are a social housing tenant
- the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman if you are not a social tenant yet, for example if you are on the housing register
There's a step-by-step guide here as to how to deal with your landlord - . Have you got evidence in writing of the issue and your communications with the landlord?

Back when I lived in an HA Flat (up to what will be a year next month ago), it took them most of 6 months to fix a Boiler issue, and almost 11 months later it's probably still not fully right.
It was bad enough they took so long to fix it but it was so cold the Flat was like a bloomin' Igloo most of the time, so I had to go and live at my Parents' till it was fixed.

it must be very hard for you.
but they should take the repair into account as we pay rent.
i have been treated unfairly.
