Employers saying "We are a disability confident employer" cobblers!

They're just legally obliged to say it under the Equality Act 2010, they do NOT actually mean it, I got rejected yesterday for that "Funeral Director" job I applied to on Indeed last week, probably due to the disability issues but I can't prove that.
Has anyone else had problems?

Are you in any way qualified for the position? I would imagine that is skilled work.
