You've really outdone yourself. Having tried doing AI art myself, I know the credit doesn't belong just to AI. Yes, indeed the roots are creepy to me too. I think it's because you don't know where the roots are going to go, making it feel unpredictable. Also it leaves to the imagination that the whole 'Mush'room might get filled with roots, leading to a no-way-out claustrophobic feeling. Mind you my imagination runs rampant at the best of times 😊

I could imagine the roots wrapping themselves around me if I went to sleep in that room. 😲

What do you guys think of this...
In answer to @Rachel_Scope's post of the Chicago Colour Factory, this is Madrid's Balloon Museum...

So relatable and nostalgic! Classic. 👍🏼😊

Must take a long time blowing them all up. 😄

You're too much! 🤣

I wonder if balloons in the water would freak Rachel out?

Well I'm packing it in.

Nighty night!

Oh my goodness @StarryEyed, I need to visit the balloon museum! You're right though, the ones in water would freak me out. That good night picture is so creepy - even more so with 'good night' on it!
Here's my pic today. The graininess, the gold armour, the weird picture on the tv and the door being open all add to the creepy vibes.

While liminal I also find your picture quite comforting as it reminds me of being over at a friends or families house in the 90's.

A fairly well known liminal space image. I guess the tunnel lets water out onto the road (as I can't see any other use for it), but why? Some kind of overflow?

Hi Emilee, I never thought of the image like that, but now that I think about it I'd like to do that too, or just sit on the wall taking in my surroundings. Some liminal space images while fascinating I will find very creepy and wouldn't want to be there, others like this one though I find comforting and would love to be there.
I mainly find these images on Google image search, Reddit, Tumblr, and Pinterest.

At first when seeing the smaller version of this I thought this was real, but on closer inspection (like when looking at the drawers and monitors) it's actually Ai.
It's another image with a 90's atmos, I could imagine being there, drinking champagne and talking with colleges about, I dunno, the Friends boxset that they picked up recently or something.

I can see what you mean @Ross1975. I do miss the 90s decor. It felt so much warmer and there were so many patterns!
I drove past a scene just like that the other day and thought about you all. Next time I'll have to stop and take a picture.
@Emilee, I tend to find my pictures on Reddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/LiminalSpace/.

Amazing!

Ross, that video is totally amazing!! Absolutely. Rachel definitely won't like all the pools, which I actually love. My favourite is the last room - the dining room. Love the plush seating with lots of space between tables and the views to the forest. I imagine a fabulous, posh gourmet buffet. Divine! They showed no offices, but I imagine Rachel's balloon office would be a perfect addition to add a little disorder.
So the lawn space makes me uncomfortable because that hole seems big enough for people to come out of. And what kind of people are coming through underground tunnels??
Let's all go to the Madrid Balloon Museum! Field trip!
Here's another creepy good night space.
Good night. 😊
