How is your day going?

Hello everyone, I slept until nearly 8 this morning which felt like a real luxury after weeks of 4am starts.

No work for me today, which should be good news but I'm sat twiddling my thumbs and feeling a little lost.

Good afternoon. I’ve spent almost the entire day in the garden, and I’m feeling sweaty and tired, but very content. Being outdoors is so grounding.

Yes I had a really nice couple of hours out with friends.

I'm having a quiet evening on my own watching tele and listening to music.

I hope you all manage to have a good evening.

I stayed with a very elderly man outside the British Legion. He was waiting for a bus, and was waving his white stick at all approaching traffic, right at the edge of the pavement.

I told him to step back and lean on the wall, whilst I kept a lookout for the bus. He was very grateful, and I am annoyed nobody in the British Legion saw fit to stand with him a few minutes.
