i have received a message in my journal from job centre Which says " would you like to have a chat about how can i help you? "
it says the this chat is voluntary.
i am in UC LCWRA , shall i ignore this message or shall i respond by saying "NO thank you"
please share your advise

I politely declined the invitation, and received a polite reply in response. It is voluntary.

Hi @haron, welcome to the community. You can safely ignore the message if you'd like to. As SoapySoutar mentioned above, it's completely voluntary.
But if you wanted to reply, you could just thank them for reaching out with their offer of help, but say that you're not interested or able to engage with any help at the moment. Your claim won't be affected at all if you turn down the help ☺️
