How much can I earn if I get a job on PIP/UC without getting sanctioned?

I know the DWP said yesterday that PIP and UC are soon to become means tested and if you earn over a certain amount, you'll get sanctioned.

How much is this amount and would it therefore be worth working 16 hours a week at minimum wage?
