Seeking a female aged mid to late 40s for friendship etc
Above.
I turned 50 just over 3 weeks ago and sadly the nearest I've ever had to to a relationship with a human female was a girl at school from September 1987 to what was 34 years ago last Wednesday.
Feel free to get the Violins out!
Anyway, are there any dating services run by Scope or any other disability focused Charity? Most of the dating sites I've tried are a bit dodgy to say the least.

Sometimes you'll just click without a dating site, love is strange really.

I got a message from a beautiful, 28 yo blonde, who lives in eastern Europe. I genuinely believe that she wants to be with me. π

And her mother and the rest of the family I expect

Her mother would be more my age!

wanna trade for my nigerian prince who wants my bank details to give me his millions?
1 -
I'm not fussy, has he got nice legs?
0 -
They probably work better than mine
0 -
It's definitely a scam that, don't give them your details under ANY circumstances.

Unfortunately Scope don't run any dating services @SheffieldMan1976. It's tough out there in the dating world and I'm not sure I know of any other charities running specific dating services either. But perhaps it may be worth looking for some social or hobby groups and see if you can meet people that way?

Look to make friends first, or find dedicated dating events aimed at people over 40 that you can travel to.
Also, you need to take time to reflect. Coming off as desperate and referring to women as "human females", both things that you're doing here, are two red flags that will turn women off.

I looked at Luv 2 Meet U a while back, but they pulled out of Sheffield based services a few years back, I used to attend their events, to say they were poorly organised would be an understatement.

I've never sent you an email asking for your bank details yetπππ³π¬

Instead of 'desperately seeking', I find i get on better not thinking about employment or relationships.
I don't say this to be cruel, but if a guy is disabled and on benefits, they have next to no chance of finding either. Just my personal opinion, and since about 2010, my experience.

I agree. I'm not sure the need for the added word 'human' and 'human female' is a typical term used by incels to refer to women. Instant red flag.
@SheffieldMan1976, be a nice person. Be genuine and warm. Treat people how you would like to be treated. Go places people are. Rather than looking for apps or meets online, look for groups in your area, meet people with similar interests to you.

Are there no nice lasses in the place where you live? Do you not have a recreation room where the other residents gather?

It's good that you're being proactive, SheffieldMan1976.
Plenty of disabled people and unemployed people still have relationships, and itβs possible you could meet someone in a similar situation as yourself on a dating site.
Here are some links.

Unfortunately I'm loads too old for most of the eligible ladies here.
One of the disadvantages of being middle aged is that, being too old for most women I actually like, such as Nina on Coronation St (I always did like the Goths, I gather it's Goth weekend up in Whitby this weekend, oh well, maybe next year)

But what about lasses your own age?
0 -
That would be an option if I could find any.
