    Good morning everyone.

    I wasn't well yesterday evening and I called 111 who sent an ambulance out but I didn't go to hospital.

    The paramedic is sending an email report to my Doctor to follow me up.

    I'm hoping to have a better day.

    Another cold day

    It's like winter

    Only have spring flowers open

    I'm. Very tired

    Didn't sleep well

    My excema on my leg was extremely itchy all night

    Ive already fallen asleep on the couch once today

    I don't vote as all rubbish

    It's so cold isn't it @Amberpearl! I've got a hot water bottle on my feet today. Hopefully it'll warm up as we get further towards Summer. Hope you can get some rest after that rough night!

    Just got back from my Taekwondo class, I wouldn't normally train on a Saturday but I missed my normal night this week due to illness.

    Good session, I'm pretty tired after working hard.

    At approximately 19:00 this evening, when I was out with my dog πŸ‘¨β€πŸ¦ΌπŸ•οΈ, I had a near miss (Whilst on a public path).

    A guy on a powerful motorcycle (Think Honda CBR), he appeared very quickly, and bellowed at me 'get the f**k out the road', as he tore past. I couldn't get out the way, but had only the chance to grab the collar of my dog.

    Nothing surprises me any more.
