TV licence change who owns it for over 73

My now wife has to licence in her name but is 3 years younger than me.
How can I take over ownership and claim free licence?

Anyone living at the house can apply for a TV license regardless of ownership status or relationship with owner
I'd just say go through the process of applying for yourself, and that license will cover your wife & anyone else who watches TV at your home
Your wife maybe then should cancel her direct debit, if she has one set up
