Pip nursing home

May 13 in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA

Family member in nursing home he is completely paralysed. He is funded by nhs chc.

Is he entitled to pip mobility.

I know that daily living component stops but doesn't mobility stay.

  Hi,

  This depends specifically on which type of home it is.

  If it's a Care Home then they can keep the Mobility element. But if it's a Nursing home then they cannot keep any PIP.
