Universal credit not replying
They are not replying i want to provide information but i have payment suspension. Why give me 2 days to get what they need and i cant cope with too much in one go.They stress me to the point of breaking. I start to hurt myself agai and i was getting better slowly. They do it on purpose. I hate talking to them i cant they ignoring my journal messages when they want something they are fast. I have evidence but its like they want to kill me. Im doing things i struggle with but im soon back to self medicating.

Hi @Amazonianup. I'm really sorry to read this, and how much is distressing. Do you feel up to giving them a call to explain the impact and to request an extension to enable you to get the information together?
I'm going to pop you an email as well, so please keep an eye out for this.

what email? They have finally given me a link and I have made an upload but when im stressed or all over the place i need people to speak to me like im 5yo because i dont take things and need to do a little a day. I can do things but i often f things up. Its like thinking an intelligent person without legs should be able to run and i think thats how people see mental health just because you look like your just coping doesnt mean your fine.

Well done on getting it uploaded, it can be hard when you're stressed or overwhelmed.
Have they explained why you have a payment suspension?

There's a Bank Holiday coming up at the beginning of next week, the DWP Agents won't be working till at least Tuesday.
So there'll be a backlog of people in the same situation as you.
