    Very sunny and warm here today already. Hope you're all able to stay cool and comfortable.

    The sun is actually shining here today and its looking very pleasant.

    I'm going out later to see a local live band in a beer garden.

    Its going to be very busy here with tourist and locals out enjoying the sunshine.

    Its been a glorious day here.

    Warm sunshine and a gentle breeze.

    I had an amazing day out with friends.

    I have to take each day as it comes and make the most of getting out whenever my health allows.

    I'm having a relaxing evening in listening to 70's music.

    The sun is shining so it looks set to be a nice day here.

    I'm planning on going out to lunch with friends in a beer garden overlooking the harbour and the sea, then we are heading to the bowling club to watch people play.

    It overlooks the sea and there's a lovely little club house.

    About 2 hours ago I woke up in a foul mood due to not being able to sleep last night because of the intense heat.

    Not being able to use my phone didn't help, neither did being rejected AGAIN for a job.

    Yes lots of people swim in the sea here and cold water sea swimming is popular.

    I had a great day.

    It felt like I was on holiday even though Iive here.

    I'm planning on going out again tommorow to enjoy the sun, then its forecast to cool down from Thursday.

    I hope everyone has a restful night.

    I'm exhausted and turning in for night soon.
