I sent a letter to the UK Home or Foreign Office, and they didnt reply!?
I cant remember what address I sent it to but it may have been the one below

I have to write another letter (calling is very difficult for me) which address is the correct address to send it to?

you're probably going to have to call PIP to get the specific address. or take the risk and use one of the emails lying around online (which you arent supposed to use, but if you contact them via an email, they will honour your request as a one-off).

That is the correct address for Home Office correspondence.
I think what you need to do is make a Freedom of Information request rather than send another letter. Here is their email address (sorry can't do links)

as someone who's been in this position, i understand, but government department are notoriously ableist in this regard. they also don't give out email due to data protection issues. You don't have a choice. you have to call them.
get someone to speak on your behalf when you make the call. all you have to do is give consent for them to speak.

Business area I assume is FOI ie foreign office inquiries, and that was already in the email
Did they not read the email, is it expected in the email heading/ title?

FOI means Freedom Of Information.
It's a legal right that the public have to request certain information from public services such as government, council and NHS.
