Why need update UC account

in Universal Credit (UC)

hi me and my partner been on uc nearly a year now me and my partner got txt message call uc you need update account details but point is nothing change I’m in a lot destress over it I don’t what expect

    It's something they do periodically. If nothing's changed, just tell them and it should be OK.

    Hi @zane, nsaeon is right, sometimes they just need to check that your details are all correct. Will your partner be able to call them and find out what they need?

    hi sorry late reply I have a learning disability and I don’t understand what want my partner got disability as well but my sister meant to help me but she ill at moment so I’m stuck at moment until my sister sort it out for me so I’m stuck no help because I don’t know what say to them plus I don’t want say wrong things

    @zane If UC asks you to update your journal and nothing has changed, you can simply reply:

    “No changes to report.”

    Don’t know how go online with uc my sister said she do it for me. And my partner but my sister didn’t done for it for me still my sis **** me off and don’t listen
