Old Nationwide Cash ISA transfer in to new one
Hello. My Nationwide Triple Access ISA has now ended and turned into a basic ISA but I didn’t receive any maturity pack.
When I try to open a new Nationwide Fixed Rate Cash ISA I don’t see any option to transfer in from my basic ISA the only option is to transfer in from another external provider.
If I don’t choose the external provider I’m stuck with paying money in from my Nationwide current account.
Anyone had the same issue or know what to do? I can’t physically visit a branch and the chat and phone seem to suggest I should be able to transfer in online.

Hi @adamnew, unfortunately I've not but if they've said you can do it online but they're not giving the option to, I'd maybe give them a call back and ask if they can arrange to open and move the funds.
