I'm so stupid, stressed fed up with everything
First my uc go down , I'd this due to esa going up. April was £225, Then rent increase may it was £212. They overpaid but now its paid back. June its £200. I phoned up and he didn't make sense . Also I thought Google play apps were OK, I saw a gov uk, uc app which I had been using which once signed in and given code you had access to your journal. Then sat it wanted to download Google chrome to use it ,already had it. So I deleted it. The man told me to change password which I did yesterday. And go on journal via website to explain this. I'm worried sick..I go to Google play as the supposed to be genuine. Others had use it. Igot no friends apart from one and I don't see her much, due to health. I've been so stupid and just clinging on. If it weren't for my cats . I would go. This country a mess. I don't go out hardly just to lidi, pets at home, and a small community health group once a week for an hour. My antidepressants aren't helping. I'm in pain all the time.

Hi @Andi66. I'm sorry you're struggling so much. Have you spoken to your Dr about your antidepressants?
I've sent you an email so be on the lookout for it.

I've emailed my doctor about upping my antidepressants. With regards to that app, I couldn't find it. Maybe it's because I wouldn't install chrome again that it said. The thing is I googled it some council warned about it in 2024. So why wasn't it removed and the dwp warning people about it. I migrated last October. I have paid for credit score company to block anything. Also the uc journal does it contain any info like bank account details and address , I did look but couldn't see anything. Could you also explain why my uc gone down, is it because esa gone up

Yes, UC should have gone down by the same amount per month as the ESA rate increased.
You are still getting the same amount altogether. Just more now comes from ESA and less from UC.

It happens to the best of us @Andi66. These apps etc can be really really convincing. Please don't be tough on yourself.

I thought it was safe, so why wasn't it taken down before. Can they get any personal details like bank account. National insurance number, email from it.
I got to wait until the 10th until I speak to the pharmacist at the doctors about my antidepressants. Finding it so difficult. My daughter called me a retard today because I hoovered her room and took her washing back in.
