I had a argumentIt’s with my sister who is my power-of-attorney accuse me of doing stuff behind my Support providers Back back which has caused me to be very upset being autistic.( the argument was over the phone)

    Hi @starwars65, welcome to the community. That sounds really difficult, it's never nice to argue with anyone, especially if they're accusing you of things. I hope you can manage to have some rest today, it can be really exhausting when you've felt a lot of emotions at once.

    Do you normally get on well with your sister?

    sometimes she doesn’t understand as she is not autistic and doesn’t fully understand I’m than she is I’m 39 And she is 31

    Sorry to hear that, @starwars65, it's hard when people don't quite get what you're going through. Have you managed to talk to your supporter providers about what's going on, or does she normally do those things for you?

    she deals with them not me I just want to talk someone who is not part of my network

    feeling let down by my support provider yet again and my support provider is not sticking my support time and then changing them at the last minute which as caused me stress again it mucks up my routine Iam not very happy about
