Afraid to challenge PIP decision

Hi everyone! New here so please bear with me…
I was recently awarded the basic daily living level of PIP, however I believe I should be entitled to the mobility component too.
I’m now scared to appeal in case I lose my basic level. Does anyone have any experience or advice to share please?
Thank you so much,
Sparkle Rainbow aka Victoria

Hi @SparkleRainbow and welcome to the community! I can understand your worry, it's a difficult decision to make. Have you read the reason why they didn't award your mobility? Do you think you'd be able to show how you meet the criteria?
Here's a list of the descriptors to help you PIP descriptors.
