Aubergine or eggplant, I find it an acquired taste. There aren't many fruits i don't enjoy.🍆

When I looked them up on Wikipedia, it was described as a berry. I don't care for them either way!

The key to eating 🍆 eggplant (aubergine, brinjal, baigan) is to never eat the skin. It's also best not to eat the skin of tomatoes.

Never bother peeling anything. Even orange peel is very nutritious. There is aubergine in some of my Planty meals, but I pretty much enjoy them all regardless.
