Hi I am in my sixties with Cerebral Palsy(diplegia).
Has anyone had experience of BOTOX injections ?If you have did you have any passive muscle stretching to help muscles to lengthen ?

Hi @Moduncdu,
I have had Botox for my cerebral palsy. I do regular exercises and physio to help make the Botox as effective as possible. I can do these by myself or with a band.
This is essential because without it, Botox does not have the same impact.
