    @Rachel_Scope bad and lazy habits are part of my falling apart fuel. ๐Ÿ˜ My guess is you have a lot of fuel that you're not aware of using, which is how I was. By becoming conscious of what fuels you up, you can be more purposeful in doing them, so you might be also more focused while doing them, which might lead you to feel a little more grounded in the crisis and maybe even a little more in control. It sounds counterintuitive that falling apart is fuel. But whether or not I do it on purpose, it seems to follow that I get better after letting myself fall apart. It's kind of like the opposite of the calm before the storm; it's the storm before the calm. I mean it's a cyclical thing, right? Storm, calm, storm, calm, storm, calm, storm.... It makes me think of this rather excellent advice frome some very big actors.... ๐Ÿ™‚
