When I'm feeling a little low, I sometimes turn to a comedian to chirp me up!

I love a bit of Monty Python (He's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy), or Alan Partridge's "Knowing Me, Knowing You AHA (grrrrr)…or even a bit of Jackass, because no matter how old I am, seeing a grown man getting shot off a giant rocket still has me howling.

    Any comedy works on me really. Just this minute I thought about a joke I heard at a comedy club over twenty years ago and I had to forcibly stop myself from keeling over at my desk.

    AHEM.

    Anyway, if I HAD to narrow it down when feeling a bit flat, I'd whack on Taskmaster, Would I Lie to You, Scrubs or Modern Family. Or any solid British stand-up, really.

    They're both classics. They used to show re-runs but don't much anymore which is a shame. Did you like porridge and open all hours @SheffieldMan1976?
