Questions about my appeal

Ok, thanks, I was just wondering if I need to do something but good that I do not and hopefully the DWP move it and get it to the tribunal soon.

Yes I read different things on Google, some said it will be decided with out the DWP response, some said the tribunal will give them a little bit more time and some said a combination of the two, so giving them a extra week or so and if still nothing they will decide without them. So will see what happens.

So update just got a email for the tribunal and was told, they are passing my case to a legal officer because the DWP has not responded, not sure what to make of that. Has anyone else had this happen when they appealed there PIP claim and does it delay your tribunal hearing.

Still no response from the DWP, it is a bit ridiculous now, but has been nearly 6 weeks since they were supposed to respond, Give it a month and it will be a year since I put iny claim. And just seem it one delay after another, first it took the place that did my assessment months to get me appointment even though my mum and a family friend apply after me and they got there appointments before me, second when I had my assessment, that was a disaster, it took them 9 weeks to send the report over and now the DWP are taking forever to respond. I no it not just me but it seems like the whole thing has just been against me. It is definitely getting me down and stressing me out.

Yes it very stressful and I am frustrated on why the DWP have not responded yet and the updates from the tribunal is annoying too has all i am getting is, we will write to u but that stressful to has my postman gone on strike, has my area only seem to see him when it got packages to post, if no packages we do not get our letters. Second class letters are been completed forgot about, my neighbor had to go up to the Royal Mail depot to get there letters and she had letters send in March so not hopefully has the DWP, NHS and I am guessing the tribunal use second class for the letters so I may get a letter sometime in the next 12mths.

@Rachel_Scope no I live it a city and we used to get post every day but now we barely see the postman. Email them and they come out with a load of rubbish and said they post every day but that is rubbish has I have cameras on my house and u can see up to the road and no post man also he used to park just down from my house and post for the whole area but for the last month or so nothing. It is been said that they are pushing second class to the bottom of the pile and delivering when they have time or when u make a complaint, they will bring it. Bit ridiculous but Royal mail has gone rubbish

@Rachel_Scope yes and all I got is "we deliver to all addresses in the UK 6 days a week, without fail, if u have letters to be delivered we will post them within 3-5 working days". That is why my friend went and pick up his post and he had a massive amount of letters and some where from March, and he went in July. Royal Mail has been going down bank for some time but over the last 6mths it just gone useless. It is saying something when Evri is more reliable that Royal Mail and we all no how bad Evri is.
