Best dating sites for disabled people (people with Cerebral Palsy)
So does anyone know any particular dating sites which are safe & finding like minded people with disabilities?
Thank you

This is how the website describes it:
“As a Love4Life member you will meet other members at organised group events. Our members are friendly and welcoming, so you will get to know them and you might meet someone that you would like to date. If two members decide that they would like to go on a date, we provide a trained chaperone for up to three dates in order to support a safe dating experience.”
it says they organise activities like bowling, cinema and clubbing. It’s not got online dating profiles, but it does look very safe.1 -
Ok thank you very much for letting me know all about it. I assume they do events local to where members live?0

They say they are Hampshire based.
“Our events take place across Hampshire, so you can join our activities no matter where you are in the county. Here’s some of the places we hold events:
Locations include:
- Coventry
- Gosport and Fareham
- Portsmouth
- Havant and Waterlooville
- Chichester
- Petersfield
- Winchester
- Southampton and Eastleigh
- Basingstoke and Andover
- London”
I think there are similar organisations in the North.
Also lots of areas run “Friendship Club” events for people with disabilities.
I don’t know much about online dating sites though that have online profiles.
I ended up meeting my girlfriend on an holiday at an outdoor activities holiday for people with disabilities. It was a good place for making new friendships as well.1 -
@surfygoose ok unfortunately I don't live in or near any of these areas. So this wouldn't be an option to me.

Hi @J_SL93
Welcome to the community. I'm one of the CP Specialists at Scope. We host Network events usually on the first Wednesday of each month, which is a space for individuals over the age of 18 to meet like minded people.
This month and next we're hosting online events more frequently. This Wednesday our session is titled Relationships and Dating. I've included the link to the advertised post here. Relationships and Dating with CP
I'm wondering if you might be interested in attending and meeting our CP community. You would just need to sign up to the Cerebral Palsy Network This would be an opportunity to listen to other stories and find out more about dating with CP.
Kind regards

Hi @Tabitha31. That's a shame that Love 4 Life has shut down. I've had a look and found a couple of options. I don't have any experience of using these so I can't say how good they are but hopefully they're useful for you.
Have you looked at social events near you?

Hopefully you can find a social event nearby and meet people that way. Do you know why Love 4 Life has shut down?

I used to attend the Luv 2 Meet U events here in Sheffield, and it pains me to say this but the woman in charge would've struggled to organise a you know what in a Brewery.
I eventually gave up and cancelled the standing order.
