thank you ,I’m not sure how I send everting across to them , like I said I’m not hoping for a miracle I know it’s generally low chances of getting it overturned . But i want to just show
Proof of certain situations along with my letter than I’m just finalising , I’d be very surprised if it changes anything but I also don’t want to send everything as I’ll have so much more evidence for the tribunal, thanks for your help , x

sorry I thought I replied last night . I felt so bad I cried then just tossed and turned thinking I need to say this and that . I then got out of bed at 3am made a coffee got my iPad back out and wrote up a 5 page letter of how things effect me etc and Joe I didn’t feel like I’d explained it all properly ,
I even also for about 5 letters that back it all up that I knew they couldn’t or don’t have certainly didn’t mention them even if they did , then at 9 o’clock my coach worker updated my journal so I could upload all the letter and evidence so by 10.30 it was all sent back ,
I know it’s probably not a good idea without seeing the assessors report before hand , but I had already felt like she has put words in my mouth , I get I didn’t mind at the time but overall it’s my words that matter mot anyone else’s , anyway I’m not expecting much to come of it , but I’m glad I’ll have it ready for my tribunal, and even when it comes round to that I’ll have more supporting evidence, I be heard most of them don’t even look at any added paper work just keep it at same decision but hey ho least it’s on record . Thanks for the support guys , hopefully I’ll sleep perfect tonight xx

Hi @Virgo_ I've just been catching up on this. Bless you, you've been through an ordeal with this!
The more information, the better in my opinion - you'll be as informed as possible ready for that tribunal. 💪 Really pleased you're feeling like you're able to rest tonight.

And the DWP Agents wonder why most people hate them? Smh.
In most cases, they are apparently completely and utterly unaware of their own rules.

yes it’s just a headache 🤕, and feel more annoyed that you feel like your having to prove yourself all the time , I can only wait and see what comes back from the MR , I really doubt any progress that will benefit me , but because I’ve waited for so long throughout the whole situation I’ll happily wait longer now , I think that’s why I was so vexed about it , I fit highly into at least two of their descriptions, so it shouldn’t be so hard to have your disabilities recognised. It’s meant to be a work assessment and yet they ask about cooking etc , it’s bizarre , but either way I’m ready now to take it to the next place . My head has now dealt with the lcw , so anything at this point would be a bonus but I certainly won’t be holding my breath ,
