What does that mean, ive always wondered that? It would be different if England actually invented the game. π

it has nothing to do with who invented football, England won the world cup in 1966 at wembley, so if england win the world cup its coming home to England, or thats how i see the lyrics

I see what you mean, that's probably what is being referred to. I have never liked to ask, especially the times I lived in England.

There's Brazil v Norway first, I predict Brazil to win - although I would really like it if the win was for Norway instead.
As to England v Mexico, I predict it to be watched best from behind a large cushion, with a glass of strong tipple to drink during the worst bits...

well its all happening in this match, a goal ruled offside for norway and brazil have had a pen saved, not a great pen in all honesty

Itβs a huge shame for Japan. Japan could have done this like Norway have. Really think Japan have missed out here, Brazil have been there for the taking throughout this World Cup

As a neutral, I fully expect England to win this match, but I hope it's not a walk in the park.

Is anyone else awake watching this? :)

I am, @yellowpineapple84. Although the 1 hour delay to kick-off didnβt help!
Thoughts so far?1 -
I think itβs bonkers this game π So much is happening. So exciting

Wow now theyβre winning 3-1. A red card though. Itβs intense as Mexico go four up top after their substitutions
