Here are the specs:
Spec | PP4 Standard | PP4 HD | Reason |

Max user weight | 120 kg / 265 lbs | 160 kg / 353 lbs | Reinforced chassis + motor |
Total weight | 17.5 kg | 22.8 kg | Thicker frame, bigger battery |
Weight w/o battery | 14.2 kg | 18.1 kg | Still liftable in 2 parts |
Motor | 250W hub | 350W mid-drive + gearbox | More torque for hills + weight |
Battery | 36V 7Ah, 252Wh | 48V 10Ah, 480Wh, 4.7 kg | 25-30 mile range |
Wheels | 8”/10” solid | 10”/12” airless honeycomb | Better curb climbing, comfort |
Frame | 7000 Al monocoque | 7000 Al + carbon reinforcement | Stiffness at higher loads |
Seat | Textile sling 42cm | Textile sling 48cm, gel insert | Wider + pressure relief |
Suspension | None | Front elastomer + seat post shock | Rough pavements, cobbles |
Brakes | Regen + EM park | Regen + EM park + manual drum | Redundancy for weight |
Folded size | 68 x 45 x 32 cm | 72 x 48 x 34 cm | Still fits Fiesta/Golf boot |
Incline | 1:6 / 9.5° | 1:4 / 14° | 350W + gearing |
Here’s the cutaway of the Split-Fold hinge showing how the gas strut, magnet lock, and safety interlock work together. The red latch releases everything at once, and the strut handles the heavy lifting so folding takes ∼3 seconds.

Oh, I get it now. It's a prototype you've designed for senile people. Good luck getting the funding. Perhaps you would find success with crowdfunding?
