Here’s the cutaway of the Split-Fold hinge showing how the gas strut, magnet lock, and safety interlock work together. The red latch releases everything at once, and the strut handles the heavy lifting so folding takes ∼3 seconds.

Oh, I get it now. It's a prototype you've designed for senile people. Good luck getting the funding. Perhaps you would find success with crowdfunding?
