The work allowance without Housing Element is £710, so that part is correct.

Shelter has some information about untidy tenacies

A local welfare rights organisation should be able to help.

Make sure any Journal notes are written using the payment option.

At the moment with no Housing Element the work allowance is correct.

Once the Housing Element is sorted out and added back to your claim, the work allowance will revert to the previous lower amount.

It's the reason why Housing Element is missing that needs to be investigated.

You are worse off because there has been an error with not paying you however much Housing Element you are entitled too.

Unfortunately no one here works for UC so we can't say when it'll be sorted out.

When it is sorted though, any money owed will be paid within a few working days. You won't have to wait until your next scheduled payment in August.
