How to get out with my dog?

I have no idea. After fall from 35 feet I have pins in heel and rod in femur and stuck in hip. Hurts constantly. I'm still house bound as there are steps to get out. I'm right handed and my right hand is semi paralysed due to damage to 2 out of 3 nerves. I'm on highest dose of pregabulin for nerve pain that I presume is causing my dizziness on level changes mostly. .

I have an assistant dog for PTSD and once I get an accessible house no idea what to get to get out. Would like a mobility car but paying 5k upfront for an accessible car for 3 years than loads a month puts me off. How much for second hand one to keep ? Or get old caddy and pay to convert... need a steering wheel ball ? Also left handed scooter/chair?

No idea. Have to control and have dog lead with one . Accident happened a year ago and on housing list since Oct and can't get out. Arg!!!
