Hi Holly,
I mainly binge watch tv shows, at the moment I am watching Swat. But at the weekend I started on the Harry Potter films again, after that I need to watch the Christopher Nolan Batman Trilogy.
Going to watch the new Spiderman on Thursday 🕷️🕸️

Can't beat a good film marathon! I love the Batman and Spiderman films. Are you at the cinema for Spiderman? If so, that's even better with the big screen and surround sound!

I will be going to the local cinema on Thursday all being well to watch it, the last three Tom Holland Spider-Man Films have been good.

I am in a very agitated and angry mood at the moment 😤 I have been forced into watching tv in my bedroom on my iPad due to two people sat outside below my window playing loud music. It has triggered my Anxiety, two Diazepam have been taken. Comes to something when you can’t even enjoy your own home!!

Good morning everyone.
Its a little cooler here today.
I have a mobile hairdresser coming to do my highlights and a trim this morning.
I'm having a restful day in as I'm so exhausted from lack of sleep.
I hope you can all have a good day.
I hope you enjoy your lunch out.

Good morning all. I have an appointment to see my GP this afternoon. It will be the last time I see her as she is retiring at end of September. get another fit note for the DWP. It's going to be a very warm day today. Have a good one everyone and take care out there.

@Rag_793 I'd be tempted to say something to them it's not fair.

I would if I’m honest, but with my mental health I can come off confrontational. But says no that it was my ex wife who always called me defensive and made me lose my rag.

Hope the GP Appointment goes well this afternoon 😊

Got up at ten and then banged in a load of washing. Then it was time to tackle my nemesis…. Personal Care 🤨 I’ll be honest with my mental health I let myself go which is shameful. I can probably count on two hands how many times I’ve used the shower since I moved into my home in late 2024. But that’s due to a fear of falling asleep well due to my physical conditions. But sat on the stool, cut the old hair and then just took my time. I feel better for it, but also completely wiped also. I have physio appointment this afternoon to have a look at my left shoulder, I suspect it is like my right and has the old Arthur with loose particles. The right one has been like that for 17 years. Anyhoo have a good day everyone 😊

Sounds like you've had a really productive start @Rag_793 😊 I hope your physio appointment goes ok.

Hi Holly, Physio went ok thank you. They confirmed my suspicion that it was osteoarthritis as like my other shoulder. He also said that the muscles and ligaments are tight, which if I’m honest isn’t a surprise with me having S*****c Cerebral Palsy. Given me some exercises to do, I’ll have to dust off the exercise bands.

Pleased it went ok, and you've got some clarity on what you thought the issue was. Hopefully the exercises aren't too exerting for you. Is it a chill now for the rest of the day? Been a full on one by the sounds of it, albeit good full on.

Thank You 😊 it is going to be a close the door and lock it shut. Then just reset and recharge the battery.

Woke up around half past 4. The damned heat it took me ages to sleep last night. Afternoon nap needed when all my parcels have been lol.
