    Afternoon all, going to be a very quiet day to say the least today. Managed 12 hours sleep last night, going to rest up today. Not feeling brilliant mentally and physically, going to stay in bed watching the old iPad.

    Had a lovely day exploring my local area. Walked through the woods and found the river and a few waterfalls and clocked up and amazing 8557 steps 5.5km

    Good morning all!

    The weekend flew by! I used a voucher I had for Christmas for a 3 course meal in Prezzo for two and saw The Odyssey in the cinema. It was my friend and I's first time going to Prezzo and it was delicious! The film was really entertaining too and now I plan to get on Wikipedia and go down the rabbit hole of Greek mythology😅

    That sounds lovely @Johnboy412000! Always so nice to discover new pretty places that are local to you😊 The waterfalls sound beautiful, are you going to back?

    Yeah I plan to go back sometime. Only this time I'll go from the other end. Catch a bus to get off near the other end and walk back along it. About 2 miles in Length give or take.

    Very quiet day at the mill, not feeling brilliant mentally & physically. Sadly my Acid & Bile Reflux decided to make an Appearance, 4 dosages of both inhalers required. Cancelled an appointment with my councils local area coordinator, then the council cancel my Gas Safety check tomorrow. Feeling exhausted and wiped out, going to put the feet up and watch the tv or go back to bed to watch the tv. All I keep saying is I am Fed Up over and over again.

    I. Just could not get to sleep

    Was after 2 then I woke up 3 times and a cat was growling

    I feel exhausted

    Well it's just been confirmed that we're off to Great Yarmouth for a weekend next month,

    I have mixed feelings because it means missing the next Taekwondo grading, but it's almost 5 years to the day since our last Holiday when the family went up to Whitby during the Lockdown.

    I can do the pre Christmas grading if the instructor says I'm good for it.

    Just had a torrential downpour. Long awaited but it's not done much lol. Still just humid.
