    @Mary_Scope I don't know to put anything else as it's currently on going an it's as now I don't know if you get me about the future untill it happens hope you understand what I mean I'm also putting down the drs an consultant I'm under an also medication I'm on aswell but don't know how to word it if you understand me

    That looks good @nickh but to make your point as strong as possible, try linking it directly to the official PIP descriptors and give clear, everyday examples of how your mum and partner help you as a result😊 It's also good that you're including your medication, consultant and doctors in this form too.

    @Mary_Scope have you read the screen shot I sent an I don't know how to word it need you to help if possible Im now putting about my shoulder rotatng forwards an that it locks causing me pain an my partner or mum gave to do cerebal palsy exercises to relieve the pain an discomfort

    I've read your screenshots @nickh, it looks good and understandable!

    I would just try linking what you said directly to the official PIP descriptors and give clear, everyday examples of how your mum and partner help you as a result.

    So for example, in section 18 where you wrote "I now require more help from my partner and mum for care needs and mobility needs" you tell the examiner what these needs now are. For example are they helping you wash? Are they helping you prepare food? etc.

    Il add all that on aswell on question 18 they do washing prepare meals an help we clothing an toilet needs we button an zips

    @Mary_Scope I have circled no for question 17 have your daily living needs changed. So in the box I'm putting my partner still helps me with prep food medication dressing toilet needs an bathing an she now helps me with money an bills as I sometimes get confused and stressed about DD an bills an money

    @Mary_Scope thanks I don't think il get an award for mobility do you think il get anywhere an il get it sent off tomorrow morning tracked postage aswell an il let you know what the outcome is with my ar2 form thanks again
