    They of course follow the same guidelines, but the assessor will reach their decision subjectively. Nobody can second guess your chances.

    @ChrisR777 the form is a ar2 form will they look at my last assessment I had in 2016 aswell

    I'm just worried now @Mary_Scope that the info on AR2 form may trigger a more depth review should I be worried or do they look at my original claim assessment I had in 2016

    @Mary_Scope do I have to mention that when I go out anywhere with my partner I have to use my blue badge to get as close as I can to the place I'm going can you advise or anyone else please

    @Mary_Scope do I put anything that I have to use my blue badge to get me closer to Venus as I go to. Also will the information I've shown you an putting down on my ar2 form will it trigger a full review or will it be sufficient on a ar2 form an with the old assesment from 2016

    @chrisR777 has stated unfortunately no one can preempt what the final decision will be, things regarding such things are changing before our eyes, you’ve put your case forward to the best of your ability with support, hopefully nothing will change but no one can answer that, good luck and please let everyone know the outcome xxxxx

    @Dynamisante ive also submitted my 2 letters I've got from my orthopedic surgeon about my operations an ive mentioned about my blue badge saying that I need to park as close as I can to the place we are going to

    I'm not able to say what the assessor will or won't do sorry @nickh but you have provided them with relevant information that is clear and understandable as well as medical evidence so you have given yourself the best chance.

    @nickh, one thing you might add is how long some of these changes are expected to last. For example, are the changes now expected to be permanent?

    Also, in addition to saying that you fear falling, do you have any examples of times when you have actually fallen or needed help? This could provide a little more evidence than simply stating that you need help because you’re worried something might happen.

    @Carl_Scope the surgeon says the time limit is unknown for the treatment as I may need another op if ⛏️body rejects metalwork again it was to stop osteoarthritis that's why I've had the fusion but I got the osteoarthritis because my cerebral palsy got worse

    Hello :) I recently went through PIP review forms for the first time and it was very worrying. Best advice I can give is fill out review form like it’s an original application, don’t just write things are still the same. Give lots of detail for every question like in original form and can add new information that has happened in the subsequent years. Gather as much supportive evidence as possible that you can send as photocopies as part of your PIP Review forms :)

    @Mary_Scope hi Ive rang pip an they have received all my ar2 form an evidence from hospital an it has been passed to a case manager who's now passed it over to an DWP asseor who works alongside the DWP an that's all that they can tell me
