in Start here and say hello!

I'm 22 years old (soon turning 23) and am learning to live adult life with Chronic Health Issues (POTS and CRPS) and adapting to a recent ADHD diagnosis :)

I'm currently an Early Years Teacher, though I'm on sick leave due to ankle surgery - so I'm spending my time supporting charities that align with my values in any way I can.

    How are you finding life after your ADHD diagnosis? Have you found it helped you understand yourself better?

    Hi! Omg I'm responding to this so late - but life has been better with the diagnosis! It made me understand why I was thinking/acting certain ways compared to others, and having that diagnosis meant I could access and find support that would help me :)

    Wish I could say surgery recovery was going smoothly, but sadly it ain't :(
