LCWRA Reviews

I’m in a panic, received a message asking me to just confirm claim details were still correct, I called and an operator said he checked my LCWRA status and that it had expired and that he would need a case manager to cast an eye over it, for record I have scitzoaffective disorder, he has now panicked me that I am going to be reassessed, I was under impression reassessments are currently paused, in a state of anxiety, he said a case manager would get back to me in next couple of days, don’t know if I have encountered an overzealous operator, or if I will actually likely get reassessments now?

Hi @Xtras28. Congratulations on your award! Your money should take 3-5 working days.
