Disabled hate crime

Hi my name is Daniel white on the 12th of July me my partner have been the victims disability hate crime by neighbour's its been recorded on southyorkshire police system and sheffield city council has disability hate crime and we applied for medical priority put a social worker letter in saying our current 2 bedroom house is unsuitable because it's making my mental health conditions worse and also put in victims support letter will l be awarded medical priority l have a learning disability adhd asthma epilepsy mental health conditions me and my partner are classed has severely disabled and vulnerable council tenants
