Morning all. A cool 15c today and possible light rain later. Another chill day though I'm a little restless probably with the excitement of going to Blackpool. This time tomorrow I'll be on platform 2 waiting for the 11:07am train to Mancs Oxford Road for leg one. Leg two begins 1 hour later at 12:06. Once I'm on that train I'll settle down for the long ride. Have a great day all and take care.

Afternoon everyone 😊
It has been raining here in Yorkshire but the sun is trying to break through now.
How did the ear syringing go @Amberpearl? I've never had it done, does everything seem louder afterwards?
Blackpool sounds fun @Johnboy412000! Have you got specific plans for the day?

Good morning everyone. I'm raring to go on my merry way to Blackpool. Took me a while to sleep last night. I'll be there not long after dinner. Hope you all have a great day and take care.

Good morning everyone. Bright and sunny here. Not looking forward to this afternoon as I am at the dentist to have a back tooth removed. In one way I am relieved as having been on antibiotics for ten days for an abscess I will be glad when it is over.
Have a lovely time in Blackpool @Johnboy412000 enjoy your holiday.
Take care.

Morning All,
Sunny and clear day today which is a good thing. Can’t say the same about myself today, only managed 5 hours sleep and was awake most of the early hours of the morning. Now I am sat the Dentist, fair to say the Anxiety alongside the fight or flight has kicked in big time. I have my loop earplugs in to see if that will help me or not 🤢
Take Cars folks and have a good day 😊

Safe travels @Johnboy412000! Hope you have a brilliant first day in Blackpool, are you planning to eat at the hotel for dinner or go out for dinner this evening?
Hope your dentists appointments go well @Rag_793 and @Bluebell21.
A 10 day tooth abscess sounds excruciating @Bluebell21, I really hope by removing the tooth they're able to stop the pain.
I know it's easier said than done, but please try and ignore any scare mongering on facebook @Amberpearl, a lot of it is all false information and speculation at the moment!

Thank You ☺️
I have been to my Dentist and I think I have found a really good one. He is compassionate, understanding and kind which is rare in a Dental setting. He put me at ease by discussing everything with me, about my phobia, my bad experience in April which I ended up in Hospital and how he would take his time and go at my pace. We agreed on a hand signal to stop if needed or required. We also discussed at length the tooth I am having out under anaesthetic and he said they could take other teeth out at the same time which is a good thing. Now booked in for a follow up in 3 months he said the more times he sees me, the better it will be overall and will lessen the phobia I have.
I used my Loop Earplugs for the appointment and they truly helped massively.

Good morning everyone. Autumn has descended on us this morning. Cool and leaves on my path.
Had my tooth out yesterday and it was not as bad as I was expecting, although I do not like injections in my mouth. Sore mouth and jaw today but other than than all done for six months.
I hope you all have as good a day as you can.
Take care.

Good afternoon just trying not to overdo it anymore. It's uncomfortable but I'll keep learning the hard way otherwise

Afternoon All, yet another garbage nights kip 😴 feeling really exhausted and run down. Waiting for the old Rollator to be collected by Mediquip, then I have work to finish on the new one to adjust the brakes and install a few items. I think tonight I am going to have to have an early nights sleep. Thank you glandular fever, cerebral palsy and Covid for leaving my internal battery always needing a jump start.
