I didn't know they had an annual firework festival! I really love watching fireworks. The Alton Towers show is absolutely amazing and you get to go on the rides in the dark.

Quiet and rather chilly day, rain just started as I was coming back in from town. Went to watch the film pressure which was good. But on the other hand I am exhausted and my mood is very low now. On the hood side is the new Rollator seams to be a good fit for what I require. Just going to rest up and keep my head down for awhile.

I'm really glad to hear that your rollator is working for you @Rag_793. Have a restful afternoon.

Good morning everyone. Wet here today.

Family day today we are all meeting at my eldest brothers to celebrate birthdays in September and early October. Probably about twenty of us, be lovely to have a catch up as we only manage this about four times a year.

Enjoy your day whatever you do.

    Take care.

Sounds like a lovely day @Bluebell21, enjoy.

It's chilly here today but it's supposed to get up to 20 degrees! I'm hoping it doesn't as I much prefer it to be a little cooler so I can get cosy.

What is everyone up to today?

@Rachel_Scope Yeah and I think there's another one in a couple of weeks. 26th September the next and 10th October. I think there's a Tram Fest as well either later this month or in October. Or it maybe the light show.

I just looked it up @Johnboy412000 and there will be 2 of their trams at the Lightpool Festival in October. I might have to go!

Lightpool Festival - Illuminate Your Imagination

That building at the top of the page is the Wedding place. Never been in it lol. Come to think of it I've never been in that upside down house near the South Pier.

This looks amazing @Johnboy412000! I really want to go. I just looked up the upside down house and I can't believe I've never seen it. Another place to add to my list 😊

@Rachel_Scope I must admit it's the first time I've seen that upside down House. There's a few things changed. They have now built a tram station outside the Blackpool North Train station which I found very useful when I got off the train on Wednesday. My hotel was the Withnell which is behind the Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons and a bit further down the street. Speaking of Which I'd highly recommend a visit to the Velvet Coaster. I was bowled over how cheap the Bitter was. Think it was Β£2.69p or there abouts. Cheapest pint I've had in a long time.

I'm not a bitter drinker @Johnboy412000 but I do love a cheap wetherspoons breakfast!

A very quiet Sunday to say the least 😴 slept in until 12, then ordered a pizza for when I watched the F1. Sadly the new Madring F1 Track was as dull as Monaco. Just spent the rest of the day just zoned out watching tv. I haven’t done any housework for well over week which is shocking. Tomorrow I am going to have to have a word with myself, give myself a kick up the backside. It is time for the old Support Worker in me to have a firm and polite word and kick them into gear. Been here for two years and I am still adjusting to living as a Disabled Service User. I have to start now putting a magnetic planner on the fridge to have a daily schedule in place, what I have on each month and have set schedules for a shower, wash and what time I go to bed.

Reasonably quiet here. My Niece came and dropped me a birthday card off and a tin of Biscuits. (I spent my birthday in Blackpool)
