How is your day going?

I have decided for the time being that I will cease all ideas of adventures that go further than my front door. I have noticed since the summer that my mental health wasn’t great, but in reality it can be traced back to last December when my Divorce was finalised. Got the third year anniversary coming up towards the end of August when my ex walked away, it still hurts like mad. I am questioning every single thing I do, my housework has left the chat, as for the personal care that has gone as well. I have a check-in with the mental health team next Friday and I ain’t looking forward to it one bit. It will take until 2028 for psychological therapy to be available. I am still awaiting dates to have a tooth out alongside neurology to look at my neck. Don’t honestly know which way to turn, let alone breathe. I just want to keep the front door locked, all the blinds shut and just shut out the world. I haven’t bothered ringing a crisis line in months as I don’t think they are fit for purpose. I think I am going to take a break from here for awhile, it is for the best.
