Hi Budgie
Yes she can request the report from the DWP 2-3 days after the assessment, you do not need to wait for the decision

The HCP profession should be on the report when you get it. PIP reports are usually available prior to the decision but ESA ones after.
When you get the report it will give you an indication of how the assessor scored, if you then have concerns about the outcome you do have a window of opportunity to talk to a DM and discuss your concerns prior to the decision being made

@CockneyRebel ...i have a double cassette recorder iv had for a long time ..i don't know to ring DWP to tell them I'm recording it or not I'm confused what to do ...i just don't want to see a false report and I also don't want the assessor to think we don't trust her either .

It is a good idea to record your assessment but you do need permission
It is also recommended that you use new sealed casssettes opened in the presence of the HCP
From the PIP guideAudio recording of PIP consultationsThe audio recording offace- to-face consultations is not currently partof the contractualspecification for PIP assessments.Claimants may use their own equipment toaudio record their face-to-face consultation, should they wish to, subject to any reasonableconditions theDWP chooses to impose on such recordings. Thesereasonable conditions are:•The claimant must inform theAP in advance that they wish toaudio record their consultation. This is to allow theAP to ensurethat the HP scheduled to carry out the consultation is willing tobe recorded. If the HP is unwilling to beaudio recorded, analternative appointment should be made with an HP who iswilling .•The claimant must be able to provide a complete and accuratecopy of theaudio recording to the HP at the end of theconsultation. For this reason, certain devices that are capableofediting, real-time streaming or video recording the session arenot approved.Non -approved devices include (but are not limitedto) PCs, tablets, smart phones, MP3 players, smart watches, and devices that are not capable of providing a verifiable mediacopy that can be easilycheckedduring the assessment.Acceptable formats for such recordings are restrictedto CD andaudio cassette only•The claimant must sign aconsentform in which they agreetoprovide a copy of theaudio rec ording and not use theaudiorecording for unlawful purposes.APsmust publicise these conditions and ideally include them incommunications sent to claimants before they attend a face-to-faceconsultation.Video recording ofconsultationsis not permitted. This isto ensurethe safety and privacy of staff and otherclaimants.Restrictions on claimants’use of recordingsIf it is only the claimant’s personal data that is being recorded thenthere are no restrictions on the use the claimant can make of therecording. However, the DWP reserves the right to take appropriate32action where the recording is used for unlawful purposes– forexample, if it is altered and published for malicious reasons.Covert recording of consultationsIf the HP noticesthat a claimant is covertly recording theirconsultation, the restrictions relating to the recording of consultationsshould be explained to the claimant. If the HP is content to berecorded, the claimant is content to sign the agreement form and theclaimant’s equipment meets the specified requirements, theconsultation can continue. If this is not the case the claimant shouldbe asked to stop recording. If the claimant refuses, the consultationshould be terminated and the case should be returned tothe DWPusing the return assessment function with reason failure toparticipate. TheCM will consider whether the claimant has goodreason for failing to participate in the consultation.
