I thought marmalade was all citrus fruits? I'm curious about the lime flavour now!

@WhatThe hello :) I’m not entirely sure, I think it’s the slightly salted one. I think I have heard of the lime marmalade too, haven’t tried it. Really like the orange one without the bits though

Orange with bits is 'proper' marmalade in my book but too bitter and bitty for my liking!

So tasty and a lot less bitter than a traditional orange marmalade! The jars are also really nice, I always struggle to put them in the recycling rather than squirrel them away somewhere 😄
I've had rhubarb marmalade before. It still has some orange in it, but mostly rhubarb. Delicious! Has anyone tried that?

That's the one @Rosie_Scope fine cut no less! Look for a very green jar as sometimes the marmalade pales. I prefer just lime as the peel is green and bright 😋 and it tastes delicious. I definitely need to buy some now.
Yes, the jars resemble cut crystal or honeycomb, not sure. What do you think?

Yeah I think it looks like cut crystal @WhatThe. It makes me think that it's fresher for some reason. It's funny how our brains work 😆 I'm not a marmalade fan as I don't like 'bits' but I do love lemon curd.

I'd agree @WhatThe, almost like a cut crystal jar. Much fancier than your average jar anyway!
Grapefruit sounds even more bitter than orange marmalade @Carl_Scope, but I'm intrigued!
