    Scope is rooted in CP and the CP Team is also here to help. I don't have half the problems you do but I'd be lost without this safe space, especially during the dark months ahead. Sending a hug.

    Good morning everyone. Chilly start to the day here. Have put the heating on. Morrisons delivery today and chill for the rest of the day. Have a good one everyone and take care.

    @Mary_Scope Nothing much planned. I got Morrisons shopping due anytime in next half hour. Then I gotta distrubute the meats in to portions and freeze them so I can simply defrost the night before and put in the Slow Cooker along with spuds and peas and Mushrooms. Spuds don't go in freezer though. After that it's dinner time and chill.

    I went into town today for a few things @Mary_Scope it was very pleasant with the sun shining and it warmed up a lot.

    Sadly it is not to do with people reading what I post. It is more to do with my mental health being at rock bottom. I have decided personally to step back from the site. I have also after much thought, that if I am out in public I am going to just keep quiet. I am choosing to become non-verbal unless it is a medical appointment, an important phone call and has to do with benefits. I know that my body and my mind has a very limited amount of time left.

    How is your day going is the thread title and many of us won't be having a happy, sparkly day today, tomorrow or the next day! We don't need to feel any more of a burden than we already do for not being happy-clappy!

    Feeling accomplished today, made runner bean and onion chutney in the slow cooker, ready for Christmas meats and cheeses, shall give jars away also.

    I finished watching The Blame on ITV last night. I thought it was pretty good, a few plot twists that I didn't see coming, has anybody seen it?

    Oooh that chutney sounds delicious @Dynamisante, what other types of chutneys do you make in there?
