still waiting to hear back from the DWP about my complaint
Hiya everyone,
I sent in my complaint to the complaints department at the DWP over a week ago and I'm still waiting for a reply.
I asked for a new advisor as I don't feel comfortable with my current advisor and I'm dreading my appointment on Wednesday.
I'm still waiting to hear back from my fiancé's cleaning manager about the job my fiancé mentioned to me last week. My fiancé spoke to his cleaning manager a few days ago and his cleaning manager asked him to let me know that he's not forgotten about me, it's just that they need someone who can work from 5am, which he knows that I would struggle with as my fiancé told him that and his cleaning manager said that if no one else applies for the job then he'll ask my fiancé to ask me to go in.
I'm just hoping that I get the job as it will get my evil advisor off my back.
I was hoping to have already got the job before I had to see my advisor.

Hi @BrianMcFaddenfan24 It usually takes longer than a week to get a reply on a complaint so try not to be disappointed you have not yet got a reply.
Do not let your current advisor bully you when you see her next week. Are you able to take someone with you?
Fingers crossed you still have a chance with this job.
Take care.

Hopefully you'll hear something about your complaint @BrianMcFaddenfan24 soon. Like Bluebell said, it can usually take longer than a week.
Are you able to take somebody with you for support on Wednesday?0
