Lack of insulation
I live in an end terraced house which is around 100yrs old. I don't have wall insulation... I've complained and complained that my house is too cold and can see my breath when it's winter ....
I'm getting solar panels and insulation in the attic even tho I've got this ...I was told in person of the inspector that i would be getting external insulation and probably new windows.... I'm getting neither ....has anyone gone through this with there housing?

A house of that age, it's possible you only have single skin walls, so no cavity to insulate. External cladding would be the way to go.

Hi @jobie1972 and welcome to the community. Have you submitted a formal, written complaint? If so, you can always escalate to the Housing Ombudsman.
Is there any damp or mould in the home?
We have our Disability Energy Service that may be able to help.

Don't worry @jobie1972, it can take a while to get used to things on here! You almost managed it! When you click the Quote link under someone's post, you can then type your message into the comment box too to reply to them.
Or you can also tag people by typing the @ symbol and then their username. A list should pop up and you can click the correct name from there. That'll usually send them a notification to say that you've replied ☺️
Sorry to hear your house is so cold, that must be horrible in the winter! As Rachel mentioned, it might be worth going to the Ombudsman if your Housing Association aren't being helpful. They might be able to put some more pressure on them to take action.
