Limited Capability for Work Assessment Appointment Question

I have a Limited Capability for Work and Work-Related Assessment appointment in the next two weeks or so. I have a very recent diagnosis of ADHD, which I have logged on my UC Journal, but I am aware that this is a new condition and probably won't be considered at my assessment appointment. I wondered whether the assessment outcome is communicated verbally, or if I have to wait longer for the outcome.

Many thanks :)

The result won't be given verbally, you will have to wait for a letter to be added onto your Journal with the results.

Standard timescales are up to 12 weeks. Some people wait days, others a few months it varies widely. Waiting a long time doesn't indicate any particular outcome.

You are unable to get a copy of the assessment report until after the decision has been made (UC is different to PIP in that respect).
