Thankyou i,m hoping it does,nt have to go to appeal but with the MR i will have a dofferent decision maker looking at my case its like they are doing me a favour in the one hand putting me on standard rate and in another giving me pip for four years
-
@freckles Yes but remember they will review a year before
-
Well yes 3 years then
-
I,ve decided to challenge my pip appeal how on earth can i have been given enhanced rate for the last 5 years and now been given standard rate when my health conditions have got worse i,ve already emailed my M.P. about thisand asked the dwp to send me me assesors report because with the points i got it was clear to me that the smling assasin was lieing
-
Freckles My decision letter was dated Sunday 7th January , and like you was not aware the DWP worked Sundays .
-

-

Sounds awful but the more we let the DWP, capita, atos and maximus get away with these crimes against humanity they will always lie they are all on commision to give people the lowest points as possible
-
Hi Freckles The AR1 form , I had one to fill in it was a short booklet form asking for any changes and you had a box to tick , Easier . Same , or Worse . Just wondered if everyone got one or just random selection.

-

-
If anyone wants to go on the bbc website (politics) there is a piece about the goverment been defeated in disabilty claims for pip
-
Sorry to hear about your situation @freckles, do keep us updated if you do have to appeal. You may find this information on MRs and appealing DWP decisions useful.
-
Its so annoying that the questionaire you fill out there is no question about lung condition and even though i sent the dwp medical evidence they have totally dismissed it
