Hi @n31, best of luck! There's some general information on WCAs on this page (about halfway down), and Citziens Advice also some great guidance on filling in the form which you may find helpful. As it says on the website, do make sure that you get it sent off within 28 days of receiving it, and let us know if we can be of any more assistance!
